10 valuable tips to make your life easier

We all want the best in life for our children. Therefore, we send them to play football, karate, practice music or drawing. But at the same time, we completely forget that an adult also always has something to learn.

Here are 10 working tips from life coaches. They are dedicated to how to learn the most important science on Earth - the science of Life. Namely - how to live easier.

  • 1. If you haven’t learned to set specific goals then don’t complain that your dreams never came true.

How many times each of us was upset and fell into despair due to the fact that we never managed to achieve something? It seems that we tried our best, spared no time and energy, but the result was zero. Moreover, this is repeated with enviable regularity.

Think for a second: was your goal specific and definite? Or vice versa - vague and obscure? Like, “Wouldn’t it be nice if…”

This is the mistake: we do not know exactly what we want. The fact is that our subconscious does not understand ambiguity. And since it is it that governs our lives, we will have to reckon with it.

Set specific goals. Better yet, write them down and stick a note in a conspicuous place!

  • 2. Be realistic.

The subconscious mind must be "sure" that all your statements and thoughts are real, and not the fruit of a painful fantasy.

If you work in a tiny office as a small clerk, do a poor job, and the company is not doing so well, then your subconscious mind is unlikely to accept your life-affirming mantra: “I will become a millionaire.”

In the same way, if you are confused in your relationship with your wife, mistress and yourself, then the subconscious mind will be literally shocked by the words: "I am the most magnificent and irresistible."

This does not mean at all that you cannot become a millionaire or a great partner. However, to be successful, you should start with intermediate and smaller goals. And gradually move towards more global ones. Unless, of course, you are ready to change your life radically.

If you observe those who have achieved significant success, you will notice one interesting feature. These people do not run forward headlong, not noticing anyone around. They go to their dream gradually, step by step. At the same time, they do not fuss. They don't want everything at once.

The fact is that this is how our subconscious mind works: it first looks for confirmation of the reality of our ideas, and then integrates them into our belief system. By the way, the subconscious also records all our successes and achievements on this difficult path, then rewarding us with the belief that everything will work out.

  • 3. Be inquisitive, and not always critical of everyone and everything.

Do you know how people become multimillionaires? They try to understand why certain things work one way or another; spend hours thinking about a solution to a problem.

There is one very simple recipe: write down your ideas and thoughts on sticky notes. Stick them where you can see them so you can come back to thinking about your ideas from time to time. It only takes a few seconds, and it can change your whole life.

Instead of criticizing, work on your own ideas. Come up with something new, change the world for the better! Because million-dollar ideas aren't lying around on the road—they have to be worked on!

This approach is also effective for working on relationships. This way you can learn more about yourself and your partner.

There is only one recipe: do not criticize, but observe and draw conclusions. Switch the "tumbler in your head" to introspection or surprise, and then you will not react to the behavior of another person so sharply. You will be able to make a conscious choice, and not impulsively react to everything that happens around you.

  • 4. Be emotionally involved - try to feel everything.

The subconscious does not tolerate pretense and falsehood at all. It cannot react to something purely mechanically. Although the “pretend until you feel like you want” trick sometimes works, it’s not enough.

You should really feel energized, motivated, full of energy and ready to go. Otherwise, the subconscious simply will not believe in your intentions.

Deceiving yourself and "playing" like on stage - will not help. You can repeat the phrase "I thrive and make millions of dollars" a million times - it will not be of any use until you feel an ardent desire to change your life.

  • 5. Compare yourself today and yesterday.

There is another way to force the subconscious to accept a new belief system - this is to use the method of comparison. But in no case you should compare yourself to other more successful, in your opinion, people! Compare only to yourself.

Replace the statements “I am sure that I will succeed” with “Oh, I am getting better every day! And that means I can achieve my goal!” By the way, repeating this phrase every day, in a month or two you will notice that you have really become more successful.

  • 6. Don't try to be perfect at everything - it's impossible.

If you try to achieve perfection in everything, you will not succeed in anything. Believe us. Because you should concentrate on what is most important and significant. Wanting to get "everything", you will not get anything.

We all come into this world each with our own talents, abilities and inclinations. Absolutely everything cannot make you jump out of bed in the morning with burning eyes saying: “I will do it!” And that's okay.

All people are very different: there are those who love to fill out all sorts of boring declarations, clean everything around to shine, plan and carry out purchases, decorate rooms and so on.

It's much more efficient when everyone does their own thing. Free up your energy for more important goals and tasks by leaving the other person to do what they can do better than you.

  • 7. Do not ignore the signals that the body gives you.

We have a real "diagnostic apparatus" inside - this is our body. It reacts with lightning speed literally to all external stimuli. If you do something that you don’t like every day, your body will report it very soon.

You will feel tense. Breathing will change - it will become superficial. You will shrink, as it were, to hide from the pain generated by mental suffering.

And, conversely, when you act in unison with your true essence, your body will also notice this. It will let you know when you are getting close to making your dreams come true. The body will also give signals when you meet people who can help you about whether the decision you have made is right or wrong.

Be sure to pay attention to these "messages". They won't let you down.

  • 8. Befriend your suffering.

Akshay Nanavati, Life Coach, writes: “If you want to be successful in any industry, you have to build positive relationship with your suffering. I have worked with a wide variety of people: they struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder, acute anxiety disorders, depression and fears. Whatever my students told me, I answered: “Great!” Thus, I teach them not to hide their heads in the sand and not to run away from “bad” emotions, but to accept their suffering.”

Embrace your suffering; use it to work for you.

  • 9. If you're "stuck in a problem", don't force things - put it off for a while.

This brings to mind Einstein's quote that no problem can be solved at the level of consciousness at which it was created.

If you're feeling "stuck in a problem," then it's time to put all thoughts of solving it aside. Any hobby is suitable: growing flowers, drawing, knitting, etc.

The fact is that the mind works much more efficiently when we, as they say, transfer the train to another track. You can just go for a walk, meet friends in a cafe.

The solution usually comes by itself. The main thing is not to wander along the same roads that led you to a dead end.

  • 10. Be prepared to change your purpose in life.

Finding a purpose in life is an amazing and entertaining process. Don't get attached to a goal like it's your last wish on Earth. Whatever you do, it's always interesting to try something new.

You may be offered to do something that you didn’t even know about before. And you will be great in your new place!
