Some people prefer ramen, someone prefers funchose. Now imagine for a moment that you are eating noodles that are more like a work of art than food. Chef David Revilla suggests exactly that – the pasta he makes seems too pretty to eat.
“Although I have been eating pasta all my life, I started working with fresh pasta in 2016 when I started my professional culinary training in Porto Alegre,” David said. "Since then I've had my first pasta machine and have never bought pasta from the supermarket again."
